Who is Little trendsetter?
In a nutshell, us moms got together and decided we want to share our fashion ideas in a convenient and affordable way to other moms looking to style their little trendsetters. We created an online children's clothing and accessory boutique which specializes in high fashion and unique pieces that are hard to find in retail stores. We hand pick our inventory in order to bring you the best of the best. The items are selected with our kids in mind and we carefully choose each piece. We hope you have as much fun as we do styling your little trendsetter.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All items are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. Orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of the time you placed your order. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless another option is selected at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping location. Unless otherwise specified in the product description you should expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of the ship date if you are in the Unites States. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once orders are in the possession of the USPS we can no longer be responsible for any lost or delayed or stolen packages.
UPS 2nd Day Guaranteed Delivery orders will shipped the same day 24 if placed before 2pm PST.
International orders ship via DHL. International shipping times will vary but range from 4-5 business days and provide tracking information. Please note individual countries have different customs rules and regulations. An item may sometimes be delayed in customs, we have no control of this scenario.
Does Little trendsetter do express or overnight shipping?
If your item is in stock we will gladly try to fulfill your request. 2nd day UPS guaranteed delivery is available at checkout and will be shipped the same day if your order is placed Monday- Friday before 2pm PST. UPS 2nd day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (holidays excluded). If you need overnight service please email us at email@example.com. Overnight shipping costs vary when available.
When are pre-orders shipped?
There will always be an estimated shipping date in the description of items available for pre-order. Although we are pretty good about keeping our word on these orders we do not guarantee these dates and they are subject to change without notice. International pre-orders are shipped when the order is 100% complete.

Canada & Puerto Rico - $20.00 4-5 Business Days

International Taxes & Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
What if I want to make changes to my order?
If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping we will gladly make the change for you. If a change or cancellation can be accommodated it will result in a $3.95 restocking fee.
How do I measure my child to order a dress?
The bust/chest measurement is taken by measuring your little one on the front side of their chest (from underarm to underarm) The length of our dresses are taken from the top of the dress (where it touches the shoulder) to the bottom hem.
How do your sizes run?
When available there will be a size chart on the product page. When in doubt about choosing a size, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions about a specific item and we will be happy to assist.
Can I still get an item that is "out of stock"?
If your size is showing "out of stock" that means that the item is sold out. On our individual product pages there is an area to input your email address and you will be notified when it's been restocked. Make sure to select the size and/or color you are inquiring about. You will be notified as soon as it is restocked! Email us at email@example.com to inquire about the item.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard as well as AMEX and Discover using a secured SSL secured payment link. We also accept payment through PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you ship internationally outside the United States?
Yes, applicable shipping rates apply. International shipping time is between 4-5 business days. In some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. All international orders are shipped using DHL with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Although our quality control is top-notch, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your clothing items within 14 days of receiving them. Item must be unworn, in sellable condition, and all tags must be attached. We do not offer refunds.
Accessories, products noted as final sale in the description, shoes, bathing suits & SALE items are final sale.
If any FINAL sale items are received back in error there will be a $2.50 restocking fee (per item) deducted from the store credit amount. International Orders are Final Sale.
